Built for the independent café.
We make one platform that runs a café’s loyalty, online store, and point of sale — so owners run the whole counter from one place, on their own brand.
Most café tech is built for restaurants and resold to coffee shops, or it’s a generic till with loyalty and online ordering bolted on as someone else’s app. We started the other way around: from the counter of an independent café, with the three things that actually move a small shop — repeat customers, pre-orders, and a till that never stops.

Built for the independent café.
R3·POS began with a simple frustration: a café owner juggling a separate till, a paper punch-card, and an order-ahead app that took a cut and owned the customer. Three tools, three logins, none of them talking to each other.
So we built one. Loyalty, an online store, and an offline-first POS on a shared backend — each usable on its own, all better together. A stamp lands the moment a card clears, online or at the counter. Orders pre-paid online drop straight into the same queue the till rings into.
We designed it hand in hand with Pigeon & Pine, an independent café that served as our design partner — every screen pressure-tested against a real morning rush before it shipped.
Built for the independent café.
The loyalty wallet, the store, the receipts — they look like your café, never a vendor’s marketplace. Your customers stay yours.
A flat plan per counter and a clear 1.5% platform fee on card orders. Cash is always free, money settles to your own bank, and there’s no contract trap.
Offline-first, fast, and built for a busy bar — not a boardroom demo. If it slows the line, it doesn’t ship.
Give every independent café the kind of all-in-one commerce platform the big chains build in-house — loyalty, online ordering, and a point of sale that work as one, on the café’s own brand and on fair terms.
Run your whole counter from one place
Loyalty, your online store, and your point of sale — one platform instead of three, live the same day.
